Visit to Agostinho Neto Hospital

The Government of Angola DNSP (National Directorate of Public Health) has launched  an assessment  to improve the quality of health services nationally. 

Starting on December 13th 2021, the DNSP partnered with WHO,UNFPA, ORDENFA (Order of Nurses of Angola), ORMED (Order of Physicians of Angola) to focus the evaluation of service delivery through field visits and interviews.

 In order to assess the quality of service delivery in the area of EPI (Extended Program of Vaccination) "Immunization", Prenatal, delivery room, neonatology and pediatrics, the teams  visited the Agostinho Neto hospital, located in Cazenga, on January 14, 2022. Facilities and processes were observed and analyzed according to WHO recommended standards and procedures.
